Shipping & Returns Policy

General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the offer and sale of products on this web site. We provide all items at the request of our customers when ordered in compliance with these Terms & Conditions.


Return, Exchange, & Shipping Policy

Please remember that we their our hardest to make sure every customer is 100% happy with their order, but that as a small business, we are a staff two and may need 48-72 hours to respond to emails. We do get to every email as soon as possible and sending them multiple times will delay our response to you as it groups your emails, pushing them to the bottom. If we do not get to your email right away, please know that we will make sure to do everything within our power to take care of you and your order in a timely matter.

Always make sure to double and triple-check your items color, size, and your shipping address before finalizing your order! We cannot make changes on orders once they have been placed, as this significantly delays the processing and shipping of orders. Your order will be shipped to the address you supply at checkout. Please make sure that it is current and correct. If you supply us with an incorrect email address, you will *not* receive confirmation or tracking emails.

Creating an account will save you time in the future when placing your orders.

ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS ARE FINAL.

All items purchased at a discounted rate are NOT eligible for return or exchange and are FINAL SALE. This includes items purchased during a sale, items from the sale section, and items purchased with a discount code.

Please make sure that if you have any questions regarding sizing to ask before you place your order by emailing us. If a sizing chart is available for an item, you can locate it under the items photos.

EXCHANGES

We no longer accept returns. All items are EXCHANGE ONLY. You can exchange your item within 7 days of receipt. All items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition. If you would like to exchange your item, you will need to follow the steps below:

To exchange an item, contact us for the shipping address with subject line EXCHANGE. Shipping to us and back to the customer is at the responsibility of the customer. The package must contain a note stating what you are exchanging for and $3 cash to reship the item. Our items are seasonal and we cannot guarantee your new selection will be in stock. If it is not, we will issue you a store credit. 

If you receive an incorrect item or a defective item, please contact us within 90 days and we will make sure to correct the issue as soon as possible. Our professional screenprinting process of retail quality and very, very rarely do we ever see defective printing, but should an issue arise during washing, please ontact us within 90 days of purchase.

Enjoy Essential is not responsible for shipping charges or any additional fees such as Customs Fees, Duty, or Taxes, etc.

*No order modifications, cancellations, exchanges or returns on sale items or items marked final sale.


PRE-ORDERS

Pre-orders will not ship until the date specified in the product description and are subject to change. Additional products purchased with a pre-order will not ship until the date specified in the description of the pre-ordered item. Multiple pre-orders purchased together will not ship until the latest pre-order date. If you wish to order a pre-order item along with ready-to-ship items, we highly suggest making two separate purchases so that your ready-to-ship items will ship faster.


BACK-ORDERS

90% of our items are ready-to-ship, meaning they are pre-printed and ready for their new homes. Every effort is made to ship customer orders complete. Complete orders will be shipped at once. Incomplete orders will be held for a short time so that we can ship all items at one time. You will be notified immediately if we anticipate the item(s) to be on back order for an extended period of time.


PROMOTIONS

Promotional items and giveaways are NOT guaranteed and will only be available while supplies last.


SHIPPING

Domestic orders take up to 3 business days to process, plus shipping time via USPS First Class Mail, which is typically 3-5 days within the US. We do offer upgraded shipping via USPS Priority Mail, which takes 1 business days to process and 2-3 days to arrive once shipped.

Enjoy Essential will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. We provide tracking numbers for all of our orders, and once that tracking says it is in possession of USPS, we are no longer responsible for the package. Packages that are not received by the customer but say "delivered" on tracking are at the responsibility of USPS and the customer should contact USPS directly regarding their package.

International orders take up to 3-5 business days to process, plus ship time and will not be tracked beyond departure. All international orders are subject to the customs laws of the destination country. Please understand it may take up to 2-4 weeks to receive your package. If your package is returned to us for any reason, we will notify you by email. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our stock and refund you the amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees.If you have entered incorrect shipping information and fail to notify us before your order ships, you will be contacted when/if USPS returns the package to our warehouse. If you do not respond within 2 weeks, we will return the item(s) into our inventory and refund the full amount of the order, less the shipping, and credit card transaction fees. If your package is re-shipped, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges. Enjoy Essential will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
